Using 3 styles (see below) based on a standard set of building blocks, we make it to fit your classroom and fix it permanently to the floor and walls. Workspace is optimised and students cannot displace or disorder the benching.
Benching is only art of the requirement for converting a classroom to computer room and you will probably need to add more mains points, data sockets and computers.

| SINGLE AISLE
Designed to be either free-standing or fixed to a wall at one end ("peninsula" style). This type of benching incorporates a modesty panel or upstand, to which dado trunking carrying mains and data services may be attached, either above or below the work surface.
In the latter case, "Inkwell " type inserts provide tidy cable management. Height 734mm, depth from 700 - 900mm, any length. We recommend leaving an aisle not less than 1.5 meters wide between benches. |

WALL BENCHING
The most popular style, fixed to walls at the rear edge of the work top, providing a very rugged permanent installation. Neat cut-outs are provided to bridge radiators and other obstructions, Corners can easily be negotiated. Dodo trunking is normally installed above the worktop, although it can also be placed below using inkwell inserts to provide the cable route. Height 734mm, depth from 600 - 900mm (ordinarily, 900), any length.

DOUBLE AISLE
Large, very sturdy, free standing computer benches with cable management in the form of a full-length slot along the middle of the bench. Hexagonal cutouts allow plugs of any size to be dropped through. Mains and data are carried in dodo trunking set below the slot, as shown: services are normally fed either from above or below in steel conduit, These benches look particularly impressive, like a boardroom table. "L" or "U" shape benches are possible, although necessarily more expensive. Height 734mm, width 1,315mm, any length. |
